Please review our alternatives and accommodations for in-person conferences and real estate closings that will afford us the ability to maintain social distancing and protect everyone’s health while still conducting business.

In-person Conference Alternatives:

• Phone conferences

• E-mail or postal mail document previews

• Drive-up signing appointments

• Drive-up Notary services

• Video chat conferences (by request)

 

Real Estate Closing Accommodations:

• Buyers and sellers will conduct their signings separately.

• Sellers will be encouraged to pre-sign whenever possible.

• Closing appointments will be limited to only those parties that need to sign.

• We kindly request that Real Estate Agents and Loan Officers refrain from attending the closing, but remain available by phone during the closing.

• Pens will be singular use (you are welcome to provide your own pen).

• Drive-up signing appointments and drive-up notary services available by request.
